บริษัท ไทยกรุ๊ป โฮลดิ้งส์ จำกัด (มหาชน) มุ่งมั่นที่จะยึดมั่นในหลักการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีอย่างยั่งยืน รวมถึงปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อปกป้องสิทธิและผลประโยชน์ของผู้มีส่วนได้เสียทั้งหมด บริษัทฯ ให้ความมั่นใจว่าสิทธิของผู้ถือหุ้นเป็นไปตามกฎเกณฑ์และข้อบังคับที่กำหนดโดยตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (SET) ตลอดจนมาตรฐานสากลและข้อกำหนดที่เป็นที่ยอมรับในขณะเดียวกัน คณะกรรมการบริษัทมุ่งมั่นที่จะส่งเสริมให้ผู้ถือหุ้นทุกรายใช้สิทธิของตนเองอย่างเต็มที่ ซึ่งรวมถึงสิทธิในการแสดงความคิดเห็นและซักถามในที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นสิทธิในการเสนอวาระการประชุมสิทธิในการเสนอชื่อบุคคลเพื่อรับการเลือกตั้งเป็นกรรมการบริษัทฯ ยึดมั่นในความโปร่งใสและเท่าเทียมกันในการได้มาซึ่งตัวแทนในคณะกรรมการ โดยเปิดกว้างให้บุคคลทุกเพศ เชื้อชาติ ศาสนา และสัญชาติ สามารถได้รับการเลือกตั้งเป็นกรรมการได้ ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ จะไม่มีการกระทำใด ๆ ที่เป็นการละเมิด จำกัด หรือลิดรอนสิทธิของผู้ถือหุ้น กรรมการบริษัท และผู้มีส่วนได้เสียกลุ่มอื่น ๆ

The company ensures that shareholders' rights comply with the rules and regulations outlined by SET and with acceptable international standards and expectations. At the same time, the Board of Directors is committed to encouraging all shareholders to fully exercise their rights, including the right to express their opinions and ask questions at the shareholders’ meeting, to propose agenda items at the meeting, and to nominate candidates for director positions. The company is committed to fair and equal representation on the board, where people of all genders, races, religions, and nationalities may be elected as members. The Company shall not take any action that violates, limits, or deprives shareholders, board members, and other stakeholders of their rights. ​
